These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CarSaavy's website and services. By purchasing a report, requesting a free report, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
CarSaavy provides vehicle negotiation intelligence reports designed to assist buyers in understanding market positioning, inspection priorities, and negotiation strategy. We currently offer three primary tiers:
- Negotiation Positioning (Free): An automated framework with general strategy, negotiation guidance, and dealer response scripts, delivered instantly after you submit your information.
- Essentials: A manual vehicle-specific analysis with inspection priorities and risk assessment, offered with different delivery timeframes (for example, standard and rush delivery).
- Comprehensive: A full tactical breakdown with specific pricing targets, dealer counterplay, and a complete negotiation sequence, also offered with different delivery timeframes.
We may add, change, or discontinue report tiers, features, or pricing at any time. Any changes will apply to future orders only and will not retroactively alter previously completed purchases.
2. Purchases & Payment
Pricing
All paid report prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Promotional or "launch pricing" may be offered for a limited time or a limited number of customers. Free offerings, including the Negotiation Positioning report, may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time at our discretion.
Payment Processing
Payments for paid reports are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize CarSaavy to charge the total amount for your selected report tier.
Order Confirmation
For paid reports, you will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. For manual reports, this email will include your order reference number and expected delivery timeframe. For free Negotiation Positioning reports, you may receive a confirmation email and/or a direct delivery email with your report.
3. Delivery
Automated Reports (Negotiation Positioning)
Negotiation Positioning reports are delivered instantly via email after you submit the required information. Negotiation Positioning is currently offered free of charge; however, we reserve the right to adjust availability or pricing in the future.
Manual Reports
Essentials and Comprehensive reports are delivered within the timeframe selected at purchase (for example, 48 hours or 24 hours from order confirmation). Delivery times are measured in Eastern Time (EST/EDT, as applicable).
- Standard delivery: Report delivered within the stated standard timeframe (for example, 48 hours) of order confirmation
- Rush delivery: Report delivered within the stated rush timeframe (for example, 24 hours) of order confirmation
Missed Deadlines: If we fail to deliver your paid manual report within the promised timeframe, you will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future report at your choice.
Delivery Format
Reports are delivered via email as a downloadable PDF and may also include an interactive HTML link or similar format. Both formats, where provided, contain the same core content and analysis.
4. Refund Policy
Automated Reports (Negotiation Positioning)
Negotiation Positioning reports are currently offered free of charge. Because no payment is collected for this report, refunds, credits, or other monetary compensation are not applicable to Negotiation Positioning.
Manual Reports (Essentials and Comprehensive)
Essentials and Comprehensive reports are final sale once research begins. Refunds for paid manual reports are only issued if:
- CarSaavy cannot fulfill the report due to service issues or technical problems; or
- The intake data provided is unserviceable (e.g., invalid VIN, inaccessible listing) and the issue cannot be resolved with your cooperation; or
- We fail to deliver within the promised timeframe for a paid report (you may choose refund or credit as described above).
Important: If the vehicle you requested a report for sells or becomes unavailable before delivery, this does not qualify for a refund. The analysis, strategies, and frameworks in your report can still be applied to comparable vehicles and future negotiations.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible paid report, contact [email protected] with your order reference number and a brief explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information to investigate your request.
5. Report Usage & Restrictions
Personal Use License
Reports are licensed for personal use only in connection with your vehicle purchase. You may:
- Use the report to guide your own negotiation
- Share relevant sections with immediate family or advisors assisting with the purchase
- Show sections to the dealer during negotiation
- Print a copy for your personal reference
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the report
- Post the report publicly online or in forums
- Use the report for commercial purposes or on behalf of clients or third parties
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the report for commercial sale or distribution
6. Disclaimers & Limitations
No Guarantee of Outcomes
CarSaavy reports provide negotiation guidance and strategic recommendations based on available data and market analysis. We do not and cannot guarantee:
- That you will achieve a specific purchase price or savings amount
- That dealers will accept your offers or negotiate in good faith
- That a particular vehicle will remain available during your negotiation
- The mechanical condition or future reliability of any vehicle
Not Professional Advice
Reports do not constitute professional financial, legal, or purchasing advice. Final outcomes depend on:
- Dealer behavior and negotiation tactics
- Actual vehicle condition discovered during inspection
- Market timing and local inventory dynamics
- Your decisions and execution of the negotiation strategy
You are solely responsible for your purchase decisions and how you choose to use or present the information in your report.
Third-Party Data and Listings
CarSaavy’s analysis relies on information from third-party sources such as online vehicle listings, pricing databases, VIN decoders, dealership websites, and other market data providers. We do not control these sources and cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You understand that inaccuracies or omissions in third-party data may affect the recommendations in your report, and CarSaavy is not responsible for such issues.
User-Provided Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information about the vehicle, listing, and your purchase context, including any updates such as price changes or new dealer offers. CarSaavy is not liable for delays, inaccuracies, or unfavorable outcomes resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information supplied by you or from your failure to share updated information relevant to the analysis.
No Agency or Brokerage Relationship
CarSaavy does not broker vehicle purchases, represent you in negotiations, communicate with dealers on your behalf, or transact in vehicles. No agency, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship is created between you and CarSaavy by purchasing or using our services. All negotiations and communications with dealers are your responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
CarSaavy is not responsible or liable for:
- Negotiation outcomes or financial decisions made using our reports
- Vehicle condition, defects, or undisclosed issues
- Dealer misrepresentation, unfair practices, or fraudulent behavior
- Losses or damages of any kind resulting from reliance on report recommendations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarSaavy's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the paid report in question (if any). For free reports, CarSaavy’s total liability shall not exceed $0.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CarSaavy, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy, including information you provide in response to our emails (such as updated dealer offers or purchase details) for the purpose of updating your analysis or providing support.
8. Service Availability
CarSaavy currently serves U.S.-based vehicles only. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service for vehicles outside our coverage area
- Temporarily suspend services for maintenance or updates
- Discontinue or modify services, report tiers, or features at any time
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute or concern regarding our services:

- Good faith resolution: Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes directly before pursuing legal action.
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CarSaavy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
